Limited edition cyanotype print photographed at the port of Onahama in Iwaki City, Fukushima Japan.
This print has a wide range of tones and detail. Original image negative was taken by Kevin on Bronica ETRSi medium format camera using a 75mm Bronica lens on Ilford HP5+ film.
A4 sized print edition – 6 prints printed on watercolor paper by the cyanotype process – A coating of several special chemicals are brushed onto the paper, a negative image is placed over the dried coated photosensitive paper. The paper and negative are then placed in a glass frame and exposed to UV light, then developed into this unique Prussian blue print. Formatted on A4 international sized (1 to 1.414 ratio) paper, it measures 210mm x 297mm (8.27 inches x 11.7 inches)
Each print is signed and dated by the photographer.

Note – Although each print of the series closely resembles each other, each print will also vary slightly from each other and most likely will not look exactly like the image shown unless you happen to get the exact print shown in this image. Some may be a bit lighter or darker, each will have different brush strokes, etc. This is the nature of a handcrafted print.
